Job Description
ByteBrick Solution seeks experienced Final Expense Closers to convert warm, pre-qualified leads into secured final expense coverage. Candidates should have 3–4+ years closing experience, proven high close ratios, strong phone or in-home consultative skills, an active life insurance license (or ability to obtain), and an ethical, client-focused approach. We offer uncapped commissions, performance-based bonuses, advancement for top producers, and potential earnings from Rs120,00+ per month. This full-time or 12-month contract role is in-person and provides warm leads, streamlined sales systems, and supportive leadership for disciplined, self-motivated closers ready to scale income in a stable, growing company.
