Job Description
HA-Technologies seeks an experienced Bidder/Business Development Executive to generate leads and win projects on Upwork, Fiverr, and other platforms. Responsibilities: identify and bid on relevant projects, write high-converting proposals, negotiate scope and pricing, coordinate with developers/designers/marketers, and maintain bid records. Requirements: 2–4 years in bidding/BD, hands-on Upwork & Fiverr experience, strong proposal writing and client communication, web/app/SEO/digital marketing knowledge, CRM/Sheets skills. Full-time, in-person.
