Job Description
Octopus Digital Network seeks a Night Shift Customer Service Representative. Full-time, in-person role starting 01/01/2026 with pay Rs35,00–Rs60,00/month. You will answer calls professionally, follow up, respond to inquiries, provide product and service information, process orders and complaints via calls and chats, resolve customer issues, coordinate with departments for priority cases, follow up and report case closure to your line manager, and perform other tasks as assigned. Requirements: strong communication in Urdu and English, fast accurate typing, ability to browse and identify locations, and proficiency with computers and basic applications. Work night shifts and maintain professionalism under pressure.
