Job Description
Liberty Books Pvt Ltd seeks an Area Sales Manager – Retail to lead multi-location retail and e-commerce sales. You will develop and execute sales strategies, leverage customer data and analytics to optimize store performance and inventory, oversee visual merchandising and loyalty programs, implement staff training, set and monitor targets, and travel to outlets (75% required). Requirements: 3–5 years in retail management or multi-location operations, strong sales forecasting, CRM and inventory skills, proven leadership and training experience, and a Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field. Full-time, on-site role. Compensation: Rs125,00–Rs150,00 per month.
