Job Description
We are seeking a Scrum Master to guide Agile teams, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement. You will coach teams on Scrum practices, coordinate with stakeholders, and support timely delivery of high-quality software.
Responsibilities include running daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives; tracking progress; identifying and resolving blockers; and promoting a collaborative, results-driven culture.
Qualifications: 3+ years in Agile/Scrum environments or relevant certifications (CSM/PSM), excellent communication, servant-leader mindset, and experience with Jira or similar tools.
