Job Description
The Community Health Data Collector will gather accurate health and demographic information from households and community settings. Duties include conducting interviews and surveys, recording data electronically, ensuring confidentiality, and referring individuals to local services when needed. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, basic data-entry ability, and willingness to work flexible hours in the field. High school diploma and local community knowledge preferred; training provided. Reliable transportation and smartphone/tablet use are a plus.
