Job Description
We are hiring a Quality Control & Dispatch Coordinator to ensure product quality and timely shipments. You will inspect products, document test results, enforce quality standards, and coordinate dispatch schedules with production and carriers. Responsibilities include quality checks, inventory staging, packing verification, creating shipping documents, tracking deliveries, and initiating corrective actions. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, familiar with QC procedures and logistics, proficient in MS Office, and able to communicate across teams. Prior experience in manufacturing or distribution and the ability to work flexible hours are preferred.
