Job Description
We are hiring an Assistant Flexo Operator to support flexographic printing production. Responsibilities include preparing plates and inks, loading substrates, monitoring press quality, performing basic adjustments, routine cleaning, and assisting lead operators to meet production targets. Candidates should have mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, ability to read production specs, and willingness to work flexible shifts. Prior printing or flexo experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training. Must follow safety procedures, work well in a team, and maintain consistent attendance.
