Job Description

Star Fabrics seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations: administer policies, manage recruitment and selection, improve hiring processes, monitor HR metrics (turnover, cost-per-hire), oversee attendance and payroll, maintain HRIS and employee database, handle grievances, conduct exit interviews, set HR team objectives, review departmental budgets, and ensure timely responses to employee requests. Requires Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR (or equivalent) with 8–10 years’ HR experience. Full-time, on-site. Salary: Rs100,00–Rs120,00/month.
