Job Description
M I Enterprises is hiring an HR & Payroll Officer in Faisalabad (Male candidates only). This full-time, in-person role includes end-to-end recruitment, new hire onboarding and documentation, monthly payroll preparation and salary disbursement, attendance, leave and overtime tracking, employee records maintenance, HR-policy compliance, and coordination with management. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree (HR/BBA preferred), have 2–3 years of HR & payroll experience, strong payroll processing knowledge, good communication and coordination skills, and familiarity with MS Excel and HR systems.
