Job Description
De Media Solutions seeks a motivated Customer Service Representative (Male/Female) for our DHA Phase 6 branch. You will handle customer inquiries by phone, message, and in person; provide accurate product/service information; resolve complaints professionally; maintain and update customer records; and coordinate with internal teams to ensure satisfaction. Requirements: Intermediate or Bachelor’s preferred, strong English verbal and written skills, basic MS Office/CRM skills, prior customer service experience a plus, positive problem‑solving attitude, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
