Job Description
HRPSP – Your Strategic HR Partner seeks a Volunteer Activities Coordinator in Islamabad. Full-time, in-person role supporting volunteer management and citizen-facing services. Responsibilities: organize and assign volunteer tasks, schedule and record attendance, arrange trainings and events, monitor performance, and report daily to management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution, strong communication, coordination, organizational skills, professional well-groomed appearance, confident public-facing demeanor, and ability to engage citizens courteously and empathetically.
