Job Description
Eposmatic seeks a full-time Support & Data Entry Specialist in Islamabad to join our Customer Support team. You will provide first-level support via calls and WhatsApp, troubleshoot software issues, update restaurant menus, pricing and staff data, and follow up to ensure resolution. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, experience in customer support or data entry preferred, strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills, fluent English and Urdu (spoken and written), detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced team environment. Working days Monday–Saturday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM. Compensation: Rs30,00–Rs70,00/month. On-site position.
