Job Description
Utopia Deals seeks a Floor Supervisor to manage daily operations at Shahrah e Faisal office. Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance; coordinate vendors (pest control, HVAC, electrical, plumbing); monitor service quality and compliance; perform minor repairs and report major issues; maintain maintenance, attendance, and vendor records; enforce safety and facility policies; and support office administration. Requirements: bachelor’s degree, facility/office management experience, housekeeping and basic maintenance knowledge, strong supervisory, communication, organizational, problem-solving skills, and basic MS Excel and email proficiency. Full-time, in person.
