Job Description
A multinational media group seeks a professional female Executive Secretary (Personal Assistant) to support senior management at Discover Pakistan. Full-time, in-person role; pay up to Rs150,00/month. Responsibilities: manage schedules and meetings; draft reports, presentations and correspondence; handle calls and emails; arrange travel, logistics and events; maintain confidentiality; represent leadership with polished, graceful presence. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business Administration/Management, 1–3 years’ experience as a Personal Secretary or Executive Assistant, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organization and multitasking abilities, proficiency in MS Office, well-presented and confident with a warm executive presence.
