Job Description
Syngenta Crop Protection seeks a Technical Sales Officer to drive territory revenue through demand generation, channel development, and field team leadership. You will deliver budgeted sales, maintain forecast accuracy (>80%), run demos and campaigns, manage channel inventory and customer complaints, and expand geographic reach and partnerships. Lead and coach field officers, allocate resources, and cultivate relationships with growers, market vendors, value-chain partners, and officials. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in agriculture (plant breeding, horticulture, agronomy, entomology, soil science, plant pathology, or extension); 2–4 years’ relevant experience; MBA (Agri) preferred. Key competencies: customer focus, planning & execution, and results-driven selling.
