Job Description
Meta Logix in Sahiwal seeks an Assistant Operations Executive. Responsibilities: manage daily sourcing from Sahiwal Mandi and direct farmers; supervise sorting and premium packing of fruits and vegetables; lead warehouse staff and delivery riders; monitor inventory to ensure freshness and zero loss; coordinate timely doorstep deliveries. Requirements: graduate (Agri, Food Tech, or Business preferred), 1–2 years in food, retail, or warehouse operations, strong knowledge of Sahiwal routes, basic Excel and WhatsApp skills, honest, hardworking, and available for early-morning mandi tasks. Full-time, in-person role; salary Rs40,00–50,00/month, market-competitive pay plus performance bonuses and growth opportunities at a rising startup.
