Job Description
Enza Home Pakistan seeks a customer-focused Senior Sales Specialist in Islamabad to drive high-value furniture sales and support showroom targets. You will manage complex transactions, provide personalized consultations, mentor junior staff, handle quotations and negotiations, coordinate logistics and installations, and maintain showroom presentation. Required: 4–7 years in premium retail or furniture sales, strong negotiation and relationship skills, excellent communication, mentoring ability, and proficiency with MS Office/POS. Bachelor’s degree preferred. We offer a competitive salary (Rs60,00–Rs80,00/month) with an attractive commission plan, a professional growth environment, and hands-on work with a recognized premium brand. Full-time, in-person role.
