Job Description
Abacus Outsourcing is hiring Customer Service Executives to deliver friendly, efficient support across phone, email, and chat. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, document interactions, and collaborate with teams to improve service. Ideal candidates have strong verbal and written communication, a customer-first mindset, and willingness to work US rotational shifts. Prior customer support experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome.
