Job Description

We seek a compassionate, motivated Student Counselor to support students’ academic, personal, and career growth. Responsibilities include one-on-one and group counseling, course selection and admissions guidance, career planning, maintaining accurate student records, coordinating with parents, teachers, and staff, organizing workshops and orientations, and supporting emotional well-being. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or a related field; strong communication and interpersonal skills; empathy and trust-building; basic MS Office and data-entry skills; prior counseling experience preferred. Preferred skills: active listening, problem solving, time management, and confidentiality. Full-time, in-person role; pay Rs45,00–55,00/month.
