Job Description
Join Appcrates as a Senior Bid and Proposal Specialist responsible for identifying and pursuing bidding opportunities, analyzing specifications, preparing competitive proposals, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring compliance, negotiating terms, and maintaining bid documentation. You will monitor progress, report to management, and follow up to capture lessons learned. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; minimum 3 years’ experience in bidding or sales; strong bid and contract negotiation knowledge; excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work under pressure; attention to detail; and a proven record of successful bids. Full-time, in-person role at Appcrates.
