Job Description

Join our team as Assistant Manager, BPO Operations (International). You will lead a multinational contact center team, manage service delivery to international clients, ensure SLA compliance, monitor KPIs, drive process improvements, and coordinate staffing and training. You will handle client escalations, collaborate with quality and workforce planning, and prepare operational reports. Required: Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in BPO operations with supervisory experience, fluent English, strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to work across time zones.
