Job Description
We’re seeking a hands-on Recruiter/HR to actively source and hire US-bound outbound call center agents for night part-time (US hours) at our Gulberg Greens, Islamabad location. You must be energetic, street-smart, and able to bring agents in through social groups, referrals, walk-ins and platforms—not just job posts. Fresh graduates welcome; minimum 2 years proven call center experience required and an understanding of Pakistan hiring realities is essential. Responsibilities include active sourcing, initial screenings, onboarding coordination, HR record keeping, and close coordination with operations to maintain agent strength. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and night-shift availability are mandatory.
