Job Description
Charcol seeks a motivated Assistant Manager Sales to drive real estate sales in Lake City, Lahore. You will source clients via digital channels, walk-ins, referrals and networks; present projects; manage negotiations and close deals; maintain follow-ups and client records; and hit monthly/quarterly targets. Required: prior experience with Zameen.com or real estate agencies, minimum Bachelor’s degree, excellent communication, persuasion, planning and time-management skills, professional presence and ability to perform under pressure. Full-time, in-person role offering market-competitive salary plus commission and a growth-focused workplace on established projects.
