Job Description
MTP seeks a detail-oriented Application Support Engineer (L2/L3) to manage SLA contracts and deliver Tier 2/3 support. Duties: monitor SLA compliance, report breaches, troubleshoot hardware/software/network, escalate complex issues, liaise with clients for updates/outages, maintain documentation, and suggest improvements. Requirements: Bachelor’s in CS/IT, 3+ years in technical support or ITSM, solid SLA/ITIL knowledge, strong communication, and experience with Zendesk/ServiceNow/Zoho Desk. Full-time, On-site. Salary from Rs120,00/month.
