Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Customer Relationship Officer to professionally answer calls, respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product and service information. You will process orders, forms, and applications, identify and escalate priority issues, and coordinate follow-ups with other departments. Generate and follow up business leads, report loop closures to your line manager, and perform other tasks as assigned. Position offers Rs25,00–Rs35,00 per month and requires on-site work. Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-focus are essential.
