Job Description
Appcrates is hiring a Customer Support and Sales Executive. You will answer and make calls to identify and resolve customer needs, complaints, and product or service issues. Provide accurate, efficient responses, explain solutions, practice active listening, clarify information, and de-escalate upset customers. Build trusting relationships with clients and colleagues, use company software, databases, and scripts, and work toward call center metrics while delivering consistent service. Recommend and sell products or services when appropriate, participate in training to expand your skills, and comply with company policies. Job Type: Full-time. Work Location: In person.
