Job Description
Faisal Movers Express seeks a polite, customer-focused Customer Support Executive based at Kalma Chowk, Lahore. You will handle calls, walk-ins and online inquiries; track consignments; register and follow up complaints; coordinate with operations, sales and recovery teams; and maintain customer records to ensure service quality. Requires Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred, 1–2 years’ customer support or call center experience (courier/logistics a plus), strong Urdu and basic English communication, solid MS Office and tracking skills, patience, problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure and shifts.
