Job Description
People Pro seeks a full-time, in-person Manager Accounts to oversee daily accounting, prepare and review monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, manage the general ledger, bank reconciliations, receivables/payables, ensure timely tax filings (Income Tax, Sales Tax/GST), lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis, coordinate audits and regulators, implement internal controls, and supervise the accounts team. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting/Finance; professional qualification preferred (CA/ACCA/CMA/CPA); 5–8 years’ relevant experience with 2+ years in management; strong knowledge of Pakistan accounting standards and tax law; proficient in Excel and accounting software (ERP preferred); excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills.
