Job Description
We urgently seek a Female International Inbound Sales Representative for an international rent-a-car campaign (morning shift) at Mash Holdings, Lahore Al Hafeez Executive. Responsibilities include taking customer details, coordinating bookings, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems while managing expectations. Qualifications: prior customer support experience, strong English (written & verbal), excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, accurate data entry, adaptability in a fast-paced environment; Arabic spoken is a plus.
