Job Description
Strive BPO LLP seeks Self Verifiers (CSR) for ACA & Medicare campaigns. Location: 3rd Floor, Above Bank Alfalah, Saidpur Road, Rawalpindi. Night shift 7:00 PM–5:00 AM. Responsibilities: handle inbound/outbound calls, verify customer and insurance information, maintain records, and meet compliance and performance targets. Requirements: High school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), 1+ year call center or self-verification experience (ACA/Medicare preferred), strong English communication, and a target-oriented team player. Salary PKR 30,00–100,00 plus incentives, weekly/monthly bonuses, paid training, and career growth. Walk-in interviews Mon–Fri, 6:00 PM–11:00 PM.
