Job Description
We are hiring reliable, energetic Customer Support Agents at Mars BPO to handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, support sales and lead generation, maintain call records, and meet quality and call targets. Suitable for freshers and experienced candidates. Requirements: intermediate/bachelor’s preferred, clear English and local language communication, customer-focused, able to work under pressure, basic computer skills; call center experience a plus.
