Job Description
Join our team as a Customer Support Analyst to resolve customer issues, analyze trends, and enhance the customer experience. You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat; log and escalate tickets; collaborate with product and engineering teams; and produce reports that highlight recurring issues. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer or technical support, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, experience with CRM tools (Zendesk or Salesforce), and basic data-analysis skills (Excel or SQL).
