Job Description

GenXe Tech seeks a confident, results-driven Outbound Sales Executive for a pure outbound role. You will make cold calls, pitch IT and digital services, handle objections, follow up, log leads in CRM, and meet daily/monthly targets. Requirements: 1+ year outbound sales or cold-calling experience, strong English communication, comfort with targets and performance-based work, and ability to commute daily to Johar Town, Lahore. Fixed day shift (10:00 AM–6:30 PM). Competitive pay Rs40,00–80,00/month with uncapped incentives. Full-time, in-person position with growth opportunities in the IT and digital industry.
