Job Description
We seek a dedicated Enrollment Specialist to convert warm inquiries into confirmed admissions through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins. This is a closing role—counsel students and parents on programs, boards, fees, outcomes; follow up until a decision; maintain lead records and onboarding docs; meet conversion targets. Requirements: strong spoken English and Urdu, confidence handling objections, prior counseling or inbound sales experience preferred, highly organized and results-driven. Compensation: fixed salary + incentives; full-time, in person at NCR-CET College.
