Job Description
Vormand (Pvt) Ltd seeks a Customer Sales Representative for a US campaign. Night shift (8:00 PM–5:00 AM). You’ll handle chat-based customer inquiries, build client relationships, maintain product and market knowledge across US/Canada/UK packaging markets, meet sales KPIs, update CRM records, and collaborate with teams to optimize sales. Ideal candidates have chat support or customer-facing experience (packaging experience a plus), strong communication and negotiation skills, CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
