Job Description
Join Inovi Telecom as a Team Supervisor at our factory/production site in the mobile/electronics manufacturing industry. You will supervise production line operators, enforce SOPs, meet production targets and quality standards, monitor attendance, productivity, and discipline, and identify and report production or quality issues. Support training, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement activities. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, 2–4 years of supervisory experience in electronics/mobile manufacturing, strong leadership and communication skills, and ability to work in shifts. Full-time, in-person position at our production site.
