Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for freight forwarding to drive revenue, lead the sales team, and expand client portfolios. You will develop sales strategies, identify and win new business, negotiate rates, maintain key client relationships, and coordinate with operations to ensure timely and compliant shipments. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in freight forwarding sales, proven leadership, strong negotiation and communication skills, and knowledge of logistics solutions (air/sea/land). Bachelor’s degree preferred. Ability to work under targets, manage CRM, and travel as needed is required.
