Job Description

Appcrates seeks a full-time in-person Graphic Designer to craft social media posts, ads, banners, web graphics, and edit short and long-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads). You will add captions, transitions, effects, and music, optimize content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, and collaborate with marketing to meet campaign deadlines. Required: proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator, experience with Premiere Pro/After Effects/CapCut, strong design sense, typography, pacing, storytelling, and attention to detail. Motion graphics, UI/UX or Figma experience, and ad-creative background are a plus.
