Job Description
We are seeking an Area Sales Manager (Agriculture) to lead regional sales and grow market share for our crop inputs and services. You will develop territory plans, manage key accounts and dealer relationships, coach a small sales team, meet revenue and margin targets, and analyze market trends. Ideal candidates have a degree in Agriculture or Business, 3+ years in agri-sales, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and a valid driver’s license. Willingness to travel and proficiency with CRM tools required. Competitive salary, performance bonus, and benefits offered.
