Job Description
MAF COLLECTIONS (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED is hiring a Customer Service Representative with at least 2 years of CSR experience (USA shift experience preferred). The role requires strong written and verbal English, hands-on email marketing and customer outreach skills, and the ability to handle and follow up on client queries professionally. Full-time, in-person position based in Johar Town, Lahore. Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (USA shift). Salary: Rs50,00 – Rs100,00 per month.
