Job Description
We are hiring an Area Sales Manager, Agriculture to grow market share across a designated territory by leading local sales efforts, managing key accounts, and promoting crop inputs and services.
You will recruit and coach field agents, develop sales plans, conduct farmer demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and provide accurate forecasts and reports to regional management.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or business, 3+ years in agricultural sales, strong communication skills, driving license, and willingness to travel. We offer competitive salary, performance incentives, and vehicle allowance.
