Job Description
Join us as an Area Sales Manager, Agriculture. You will lead regional sales, build distributor and farmer relationships, and meet revenue targets for crop protection and seed products. Responsibilities include territory planning, team coaching, forecasting, and trade promotion execution. Candidates should have 3+ years in agricultural sales, strong negotiation skills, knowledge of crop inputs, and willingness to travel. Bachelor’s degree in agronomy, agriculture, or a related field preferred. Proven track record of meeting targets, CRM proficiency, and the ability to work independently are required.
