Job Description
Motifz Textile Pvt. Ltd., Lahore (Akhtar Saeed Road, Ferozepur Road) seeks a full-time Assistant Finishing Supervisor. Market-competitive salary based on skills and experience. Responsible for supporting finishing operations—overseeing washing, pressing, folding, packing, and final inspection—ensuring quality standards, coordinating with production, quality, and dispatch, monitoring manpower and discipline, meeting production targets, maintaining daily production records, and resolving finishing issues. Requires Bachelor’s or Diploma (textile/garments preferred), strong knowledge of finishing and quality control, leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, and 4–5 years’ experience in garment or fabric finishing.
