Job Description
Responsible for administrative operations and IT support, the Administrator & IT Officer will manage daily office administration, maintain IT systems, and provide end-user support. Duties include coordinating schedules and records, managing supplies, installing and updating software, troubleshooting hardware and network issues, performing regular backups, and enforcing basic security practices. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with Windows and Office applications, basic knowledge of networking and system administration, and a problem-solving attitude. Prior experience in a hybrid admin/IT role is preferred.
