Job Description
dFlox Solutions is a tech-driven company delivering web, app, and digital marketing solutions. We seek a confident, target-driven Outbound Sales Representative to make outbound calls, present DFLOX services, qualify prospects, manage leads in CRM, follow up to close deals, and coordinate client onboarding. Candidates should have strong communication and persuasion skills, basic outbound sales or telemarketing experience preferred, ability to handle objections, and basic computer/CRM proficiency. Working hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. This is a full-time, in-person role offering a fixed salary plus performance-based commission, growth opportunities, sales training, and a professional environment. Pay: Rs25,00–75,00 per month.
