Job Description
DM Synergies seeks a full-time, remote Business Development and Proposal Specialist to craft high-quality Upwork proposals and convert leads. Work hours: 6:00 PM–2:00 AM. Location: Lahore or Multan (remote). Responsibilities include writing tailored proposals, aligning client needs with services, highlighting portfolios, coordinating with project managers and technical teams, tracking proposal performance, and meeting daily targets. Requirements: proven Upwork or freelancing proposal experience, excellent English writing and communication, sales-oriented copy, and the ability to understand technical and non-technical project briefs.
