Job Description
Professional Crew seeks a full-time, on-site HR Manager for our Multan office. You will lead recruitment and onboarding, develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations and performance, ensure labor law compliance, and deliver training to support a positive work environment. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification a plus), with strong recruitment, conflict resolution, and confidential information handling skills. Familiarity with HR software is preferred. Compensation: Rs40,00–Rs100,00 per month.
