Job Description
We are hiring an HR Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR compliance. You will develop policies, maintain employee records, support performance reviews, and assist training initiatives. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, 2+ years of HR experience, strong communication skills, confidentiality, and familiarity with HRIS and labor regulations.
