Job Description
Join SPOGEN (Pvt) Ltd as a Customer and Merchandising Specialist in the manufacturing sector. Require 2–3 years relevant experience and B.Com/BBA or relevant diploma. Based in Ugoki, Sialkot; full-time, in-person; pay Rs40,00–Rs50,00 monthly (depending on profile). Key skills: excellent verbal and written communication, CRM experience, and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, maintaining accurate records, collaborating with internal teams to improve satisfaction, identifying process improvements, and proactively following up with customers. Must reliably commute or be willing to relocate (employer-provided relocation package available).
